Annual Park Pass Membership for Nameless Creek Youth Camp, Inc.
Membership ID cards will be given to each patron that becomes a Nameless Creek Youth Camp Annual Park Pass Member for a fee of $50.00. The annual park pass membership can only be purchased by patrons over the age of 18. This annual membership park pass will be valid for the member and the most immediate family and friends of the member for one year following the issue date. It will be renewable annually. The following is an outline of how this annual membership park pass will work.
1. Annual Park Pass Members will be placed on an email database and will receive news about the camp, the dates of open use, and special opportunities for use of Nameless Creek Youth Camp.
2. Open use of the camp for Annual Park Pass Members will be on shared use days and open dates throughout the week during our spring, summer, fall, and winter seasons. That schedule will be posted on our website calendar. Members will be able to inquire about blackout days using email communication from the website. Special notices will be posted at the gate of the camp parking area from time to time.
3. The parking area, trails, benches, picnic tables, restrooms, volleyball, horse shoes, pavilion, grills, etc. will be available during the shared/open times. The Kitchen area and cabins will not be available for open use days without rental. Members can camp overnight in their own tent by simply registering online, letting us know date(s), so we can confirm schedule.
4. Not more than 7 people with a member will be allowed access to the camp at one time during open use times. More would constitute a rental event. (All rental events have to be documented with a rental agreement and the rental fee is to be paid in full prior to the event).
5. Annual Park Pass Members will not be allowed open use of the camp when the camp has been rented for an exclusive use event. ALL EXCLUSIVE USE RENTALS will take precedence. These black out days and weekends will be posted on our website calendar.
6. Annual Park Pass Members will be given a 20% discount on any rental event that they book with Nameless Creek Youth Camp, Inc. In addition, there will be specials offered to annual park pass members for rentals and special events hosted by the camp from time to time.
7. There will be three types of rental event use:
First is the Exclusive Use Rental. That means that a group has rented the entire camp for the day, overnight, or for multiple days and nights. This type of rental event creates a black out for any other rental groups or Annual Park Pass Members to use the camp. Second is the Shared Use Rental. That means that the group that has rented the camp for the day or overnight or multiple days is sharing the camp with other renters and Annual Park Pass Members. Third is the Sponsored Event Use Rental. If a major sponsor of the camp or the Board of Directors of Nameless Creek Youth Camp, Inc. wish to have an event at the camp it will be scheduled as an Exclusive Use Rental event. That means that there would be a black out for use by Annual Park Pass Members, or other potential rental events. It will either be a private use event or open to the public (everyone).
8. Rental fee structure is very simple and easy to understand. When an event is scheduled there is a reservation form to be filled out and a fee set for all the options. Below is the break down of the rental fees.
Shared use of the camp for a group for one day is $50.00. Day and Overnight to noon of next day is $75.00. Additional day/nights are $50.00 each. Annual Park Pass Members will receive a 20 % discount.
Exclusive use (private) of the camp for a group is $100.00 for the day. Day and Overnight to noon of next day is $125.00. Additional day/nights are $100.00 each. Annual Park Pass Members will receive a 20% discount.
Each cabin rental fee is $10.00 per night and sleeps 5 to 10. Annual Park Pass Members may rent a cabin for the night when available for $8.00 without a Non-exclusive or Exclusive use event rental. A reservation form must be filled out and emailed to the camp email address. The fee must be paid prior to the cabin stay. (Pay with PayPal on the website or send a check)
The kitchen/meeting area is a private use rental. Only one group can rent the kitchen/meeting area at a time. The rental fee is $30.00 per day of use. An Annual Park Pass Member may rent the kitchen/meeting area when available for $24.00 per day.
Anyone wishing to bring a horse to the camp to ride on the trails must pay a fee of $5.00 per day for each horse. AnnualParkPassMembers will only pay $4.00 per day per horse. Reservation form must be filled out and fee paid on line or by check in the mail.
ALL MEMBERS MUST ADHERE TO THE CAMP USE POLICY.
