The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected officers (In January of each year) of the camp. They serve to take care of the day-to-day operations and carry out the decisions of the board of directors. These officers have a vote on decisions to be made during board meetings. The President is the primary care-taker of the camp. The President is the overseer of all activities associated with the camp facilities. The Vice-President is responsible to assist the president. The Secretary handles all correspondence and clerical duties. The Treasurer handles all of the bills, bank accounts, and financial reports for the camp.
