Camp Information

Friends of the Camp

All camp users may become Friends of The Camp by registering under the Friends & Patrons tab on the website.

Friends of the Camp must make a reservation to use the camp facilities. Friends will receive email updates from Nameless Creek Camp and invitations for special events and open houses at the camp and the Lodge. Friends will also be offered occasional discounts to be used for event rentals at the camp.

All camp reservations require a reservation request completed online, inquiry by phone 317-477-4040 or email to namelesscreekcamp@gmail.com

Camp Rental Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $100 will be charged up front and held until check out forms are completed.  Paper forms can be found onsite, and can be submitted in a camp drop-box.  Deposits will be refunded once the camp has been checked.

Camp Rental Events

1 day rental is defined as a check-in time 12 noon one day and departure time 10 AM the next day.
 

Shared Camp Usage

Shared use is defined as use of the camp grounds, fire pits and provided firewood, all outdoor facilities, recreational equipment, the pavilion with gas grills, tables, and benches, and restrooms, but they will be shared with other scheduled events. Shared Use Fees are determined by number of participants.

Exclusive Camp Use

Exclusive use is defined as use of the campgrounds, fire pits and provided firewood, all outdoor facilities, recreational equipment, the pavilion with gas grills, tables, and benches, and restrooms as a private event.

Building Rentals

Buildings can be rented with Shared and Exclusive use.  The pavilion is included in Shared or Exclusive use rentals.

Payment Terms

50% of the rental reservation fee is to be paid upon acceptance of the event quote to confirm the reserved dates. Reservations must be made online at namelesscreekyouthcamp.com.Changes and adjustments may be made as the need arises.

Balance of fees must be paid 30 days or more before the scheduled event. 80% refunds will be made for a cancellation with a notice of 30-days or more.

A cancellation with less than 30 days notice will result in a 50% refund. Under 2 weeks notice will result in forfeiture of all fees. Cancellations due to acts of God may be rescheduled or refunded in full. Pay online or make checks payable to:

Lodge Rental Fees

The Lodge deck area may be rented separately for parties, etc.

A refundable $200 cleaning/damage deposit for all lodge events will be submitted and then held until each event is completed and checked out. Check out forms must be completed and submitted for a refund.
