Help us complete our Lodge at Nameless Creek Camp. We have created a unique fundraiser for all to enjoy. We have a 144 piece puzzle that will reveal our 10 year composite picture of all of the activities and events during our renaissance at the camp (74 pieces remain unsold). It represents our progress and achievement for the last decade “Piece by Piece”. When you purchase a piece or more pieces, each will reveal a portion of the composite that will hang in the Lodge for decades to come. All we need is name, address, phone, email, piece #(s) and total purchase amount.(See below) You may email that info to email@example.com. Please send check to Nameless Creek Youth Camp, PO Box 452, Greenfield, IN 46140 with a memo “puzzle”. Your contribution will be tax deductible and you will receive a confirmation in the mail. Below is a picture of the puzzle with sold pieces removed. It will be reposted every few days with the purchased pieces removed. Your name will be permanently displayed on the border of the composite picture hanging in the Lodge for all to see. I will also include a chart listing the puzzle pieces and the price of each. You may purchase one or several pieces for $20, $30, $50, $100, or $200.

Sustaining Our Camp’s Future Through Our Camp Endowment Fund
We work hard for the financial support that we need to prosper every year. Not unlike many other agencies, organizations, and clubs in our county, it is a challenge to fund the pressing issues, insurance coverage, maintenance, and day to day operations for our camp facilities. Since 1951, Nameless Creek Youth Camp has struggled to find the funding to keep the facilities viable for each generation. After 10 years of renaissance at the camp we approach the threshold of sustainability for the next 65 years. It is vital that money is donated to address the needs of today and equally important to consider the future sustainability of this “Nature’s Gift to the Outdoors”.
The Endowment Fund can be compared to a savings account or a more accurately a retirement account, an account where money is saved, invested, and grows over time. The income generated from this endowment fund will serve future operating needs as it grows.
An endowment fund can grow any number of ways. Some organizations pledge to donate 10% of every fundraiser to the fund. Others have designated the proceeds from one fundraiser per year to grow the fund. In addition to these efforts, we must not forget to share how people who Love Nameless Creek Youth Camp and the opportunities it provides can ensure that the good work continues through a planned gift to the endowment such as a bequest through a will or trust. Simple language can be added to either of these documents and can make a BIG difference in the camp’s future.
“I give to the Nameless Creek Youth Camp Endowment Fund at the Hancock County Community Foundation, 312 E. Main Street, an Indiana non-profit corporation in Greenfield, Indiana, ____ percent of my estate OR the sum of $__________.”
Perhaps you have a retirement account or insurance policy. Once you’ve made sure your family will be well cared for, you can very simply designate a percentage of these types of vehicles and name the Nameless Creek Youth Camp Endowment Fund as beneficiary. A simple phone call can make a world of difference.
The needs of today are great, but to continue the mission of our organization, we must consider the future. If you have questions or seek guidance on how you might make a gift to the Nameless Creek Youth Camp Endowment Fund, contact Mary Gibble, President at the Hancock County Community Foundation.
