Camp Use Policy for all visitors

Maximum Capacity: 150 campers


All Fees and Reservations must be submitted to confirm reservation dates.


Facilities Use – “Leave no trace”

  • Kitchen, pavilion, restrooms/showers, cabins, Rec Hall, and grounds must be cleaned before departure to the same (or better) degree as found on arrival.

  • All trash needs to be gathered and placed in the green trash bins.

  • Toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap will be provided by the camp. Should you use any supplies, such as disposable plates, plastic ware, napkins, etc., the camp will accept donations.

  • NO FIRES outside of designated fire pit areas.

  • NO VEHICLES on the activity field.

  • NO Tent camping on the activity field without approval from camp official.

  • Do not remove anything from the cabins. Leave all window screens intact.

  • If something is moved from where you found it, put it back.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING OR WADING in the Pond!

  • NO REBOUNDING DEVICES at the camp. (trampolines, bounce houses, or anything of the sort)

  • NO FIRE ARMS on NCYC property except for sworn law enforcement officers.

  • Take nothing but pictures! Leave nothing but footprints!


Damage Policy

  • Any damaged item must be paid for immediate replacement. Future camp use will depend on full replacement of damaged items. A damage deposit may be required for future use.


Animal Policy

  • Exclusive use is required by all that are bringing animals on-site. There must be an adult 21 or older responsible for supervision. There shall be no equestrian events/animals at the camp.

  • If bringing your own animals, we require prior permission and identification of the animals.


Adult Supervision policy

  • All youth must have adequate adult supervision at all times during events.

  • All events must be reserved and supervised by an adult 21 or older


Cancelation Policy

  • Full refunds for cancellation will be made with a 14-day notice. Cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice will result in an 80% refund. Cancellations due to acts of God will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Pay online or make checks payable to: Nameless Creek Youth Camp and send to NCYC, PO Box 452, Greenfield, IN 46140



The applicant agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of this facility and to reimburse Nameless Creek Youth Camp for any damages arising from the applicant’s use of the said facility. Smoking is not permitted in any building. County smoking

ordinance is to be followed. Absolutely no fireworks of any kind. Any accident involving injury to participants or damages to facilities will be reported to Nameless Creek Youth Camp immediately. I/we further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Nameless Creek Youth Camp, and its officials and employees harmless from and against all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damages to property, which arise out of our/my rental of the said facilities. Nameless Creek Youth Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen property. I/we also understand that all Nameless Creek Youth Camp policies and procedures apply to this rental application. I/we acknowledge that I/we have received and reviewed the information in this document and accept the camp Rules and Regulations policy.
