Rules and Regulations

• Nameless Creek Camp will make available the use of the Lodge to any individual, non-profit􀁸 organization, professional organization, and community groups.

• The individual signing the application is personally responsible for the facility and any damage that may occur during use. A $200 refundable deposit for damage and cleaning will be collected 30 days prior to the event.

• The Lodge is available Monday - Sunday, all year long on a first come, first served basis for daily rental from 9 AM to 12 Midnight.

• A 50% deposit of total fees (includes $100 non-refundable confirmation deposit) is due at time of reservation. All rental fees must be paid 30 days prior to event day. 

• Cancellations must be made by the person who made the facility reservation. Cancelations with 30 days’ notice will receive an 80% refund of rental fees, 50% if less than 30 days, and no refund if less than two weeks. Cancellations due to acts of God may be rescheduled or refunded in full. 

• The Lodge is a private facility. Nameless Creek Youth Camp reserves the right to refuse use of the facility to any person, organization or business in its sole judgement when a proposed use is not fitting with community standards 
  or the mission of Nameless Creek Youth Camp, Inc. The Lodge may not be used to promote any illegal activity or acts of discrimination. 

• All youth under the age of 18 need to be supervised by an adult always. 

• Smoking Policy – smoking is not permitted within the building or on the deck area. This is a tobacco free venue. 

• Alcohol Policy – If Alcohol is to be served to guests at this property, a licensed and insured Bartender may be required and should be approved by Nameless Creek Youth Camp. 

• Absolutely no under-age drinking shall be allowed. Drinks are to be served and consumed in the Lodge building and/or on the attached Lodge Deck only.

• The use of candles or any other type of flame is not allowed. Sterno cans for chafing dishes are allowed.

• Absolutely NO fireworks of any kind allowed on property.

• No equestrian activities allowed at the camp. Animals attending events must have NCYC approval.

• Tacks, nails, glue, tape and other adhesive type products are not permitted.

• The Lodge is to be left in the same condition that it was when you arrived. tables and chairs are to be left as you have set them for your event.

• Trash needs to be placed in the proper bags and placed in the large green totes at the south end of the deck walkway.

• The Lodge capacity is 150. We encourage a licensed security officer for large group events.

• In case of fire, exit closest door to the parking lot. There are three exits: East, North, and West.

• In case of tornadoes, exit to restrooms, coat room, and storeroom. Take cover.

• NO FIRE ARMS on NCYC property except for sworn law enforcement officers.

• The Lodge at Nameless Creek Camp pricing: rental fees are available on request and online.

• One Day Events (9 AM to 12 Midnight, half day events could be 9am-4pm & 5pm-12AM. A 50% deposit of total fees (includes $100 non-refundable confirmation deposit) is due when quote is accepted, and the invoice is issued.

• NCYC Property loss and damages will be the responsibility of the individual signing the reservation.

• Consecutive day events will be discounted after the first day. The confirmation deposit will be charged only one time for a multi-day rental.
